Triad Legacy Solutions, LLC is a premier residential recovery system dedicated to the total restoration of man. We operate three specialized environments: Ethos, Heritage, and Foundry. At Triad, we don’t just provide a bed; we provide a three-fold solution to life's hardest challenges. We aren't just stopping the addiction; we are starting the legacy.
We believe that sustainable sobriety cannot be rushed. It requires a structured, intentional, step-by-step evolution. Our network operates under the classical Latin standard of Fortiter et Fideliter—challenging individuals to face their recovery bravely while committing to their community and their future faithfully. Our house rules, schedules, and daily accountability checks are all engineered around this standard.

The Ethos House
The Foundation of Character
Ethos House is the mandatory entry point of our network, focusing heavily on stabilization, accountability, and internal truth. Our core purpose here is rebuilding the man's internal code so he is strong enough to lead. Residents strip away the distractions of the outside world to repair their personal code of ethics and master an interlocking structure of foundational virtues: Honesty, Loyalty, Courage, Integrity, and Resilience.
Key Rules: Strict 8:00 PM curfew, 14-day technology blackout, mandatory daily progress journaling, and an absolute peer buddy system off-property.
The Goal: Establishing absolute honesty, mastering a daily routine, and submitting to community accountability.
The Heritage House
The Rooted Connection
Ethos House is the mandatory entry point of our network, focusing heavily on stabilization, accountability, and internal truth. The Foundry House
The Unbreakable Finish
Foundry House represents the ultimate forge (fortiter). Residents enter this final phase to test their sobriety against the raw stresses of everyday society, solidifying their recovery before graduation. Just like the iron anvil in our crest, a man at this stage enters the heat of the real world not to be broken, but to be forged into an unbreakable, self-sufficient leader.
Key Rules: 11:30 PM curfew, full vehicle and driveway privileges, personal phone retention, and mentoring newer residents at Ethos House.
The Requirement: Mandatory 32+ hours per week of full-time employment, educational enrollment, or community volunteering.
The Goal: Absolute financial budgeting, real-world relapse prevention, and total self-sufficiency.
COMMUNITY PROTECTION & SAFETY

To ensure that all three houses remain a sanctuary for healing, Triad Legacy Solutions, LLC maintains rigorous, legal-minded safety standards:
Randomized Screenings: 24/7 randomized, directly observed drug and alcohol testing to protect the household's sobriety.
Safety Monitoring: Non-invasive, 24/7 video surveillance in exterior areas to deter outside threats.
Weapons Ban: A strict, zero-tolerance prohibition on firearms and weapons of any kind.
Hygiene Standards: High-level bathroom "Clean-As-You-Go" rules, a 5-minute half-bathroom occupancy limit, and a strict toilet quick-wipe standard to foster respect and discipline.

Admission into Triad Legacy Solutions, LLC requires an active commitment to change and a willingness to progress through all three sequential phases of our network.
Application Process: All prospective residents must undergo a thorough screening interview and submit a non-refundable application fee covering administrative processing and initial drug testing.
Medication Policy: We feature strict medication storage, logging, and audit protocols to ensure medical safety.
Property Damage Liability: Residents assume 100% financial liability for any damage, defacement, or destruction caused to the homes or -structures.
